At American Allied Tax, we value transparency and fairness in every client relationship. Because our professionals begin work immediately upon enrollment, any services rendered are non-refundable once work has begun.
However, if for reasons on our end we are unable to complete the Tax Investigation Phase, a full refund will be issued for that phase. Refund eligibility is determined after a case review confirming that the delay or inability to complete work was not due to missing documentation, non-responsiveness, or early withdrawal by the client.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

We do not guarantee that your tax balance will be reduced by any specific amount or percentage, that your tax debt will be resolved within a particular time frame, or that you will qualify for any specific IRS relief program. Penalties and interest will continue to accrue until your full balance is satisfied with the IRS.
